Books I Like, Books I Love (and books I don't)
My go-to genre is YA. Especially if it is Paranormal or Fantasy.
I think this one is actually closer to 3.5 starsThe Nightmare Affair was a quick and fun read but far from perfect. I felt like it had so much potential and just sort of fell short. I liked all of the characters, I liked the setting, I liked the story. There was just a little something missing.I look forward to reading whatever may come next (isn't every book a series these days?) because I want to know more about the world these characters inhabit. I want to learn about the powers, abilities, etc of various magical creatures. I'm hoping for a little more depth to everything next time.
